Counter-Notification:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material unless we receive notice from the original notifying party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringers:
In accordance with the DMCA, Qubeflix.com will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers. If you believe that an account holder or subscriber is a repeat infringer, please follow the instructions above to contact our designated Copyright Agent and provide information sufficient for us to verify that the account holder or subscriber is a repeat infringer.
